Site said ‘Free Postage’ but was charged postage. On asking subsequently, I was told did not apply to sales items. Then on checking web page there was no mention of the free postage offer, so was not able to query. Item delivered fine, but experience spoilt by above.

Happy with the items I've received quite a big order but twice I've contacted coopers to find out where my parasol is and I've been told it will be in a separate delivery and 2nd time that it has been dispatched. I've not had any notification from delivery Co and also looking at website they are now out of stock and so I'm not convinced it is out for delivery and now 10 days later the main reason for the order has now past. If I was told it was out of stock i would have gone elsewhere.

The products are fine: the longer line popsocks don't 'strangle' your ankle like some popsocks, and - useful and very unusual- 2of the pairs are black instead of the universal flesh colour. The anti scratch arm guards are a boon for the gardener but be warned, quite a narrow fit so you need slim hands and forearms. The downside is the courier Coopers use, which may well deter me from ordering from Coopers in future, which is a shame. Evri are consistently unreliable, in my experience rarely deliver the day they say they will.

Excellent service, fast delivery, with good email updates. Rose is healthy looking and carefully delivered.
